What we collect

• Analytics data — usage and interaction data, subject to your cookie choices (see below)
• Contact form submissions — the name, email address, subject, and message you provide
• Email updates signups — if you choose to subscribe: your name, email address, and a record of the consent itself
• Request metadata — processed by our hosting provider as part of normal delivery and security operations

This site does not sell personal information, does not share it with third parties for advertising, and does not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

Analytics

This site uses three analytics tools with different data-collection profiles:

• Cloudflare Web Analytics — always active, no consent required. Privacy-first: sets no cookies, collects no personal data, and does not track individuals across sites.
• Google Analytics 4 — loaded only with your consent via the cookie banner. Collects anonymized usage data (pages visited, session duration, general location). Data is processed by Google under its privacy policy.
• Microsoft Clarity — loaded only with your consent via the cookie banner. Records session heatmaps and interaction replays to help improve the site. Data is processed by Microsoft under its privacy policy.

Consent choices are stored in your browser's local storage under the key ua7hub_cookie_consent. No consent means no GA4 and no Clarity. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the Cookie Settings link in the footer. If your browser sends a "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control signal, consent-gated analytics will not load and the banner will not appear.

Contact form

When you submit the contact form, the name, email address, subject, and message you provide are transmitted via Resend, our email delivery provider, to the site operator. This data is used solely to respond to your inquiry. It is not used for marketing, is not sold, and is not shared with third parties other than the providers named in this policy. Contact form submissions are not written to our database.

Spam protection on both the contact form and the email updates signup is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-preserving CAPTCHA that does not use cookies or track users across sites. When you submit either form, your IP address is passed to Cloudflare so it can run that check.

Email updates

Signing up for email updates at /updates is entirely optional, and it is the one place on this site where we store what you give us in a database we operate. If you sign up, we keep your name and email address — both are required — together with a record of the consent itself: the date and time, the page you signed up from, your IP address, and your browser's user-agent string. We keep the consent record because it is how we can demonstrate that a subscription was genuinely requested, which is both a legal requirement and a protection for you. We also record which of the list's topics your subscription covers; at present every subscription covers both of them (run alerts and general updates), and there is no per-topic choice at signup.

Signup is double opt-in: we email you a confirmation link, and nothing further is sent unless you click it. An unconfirmed signup expires after 48 hours and is not used. Confirming records the date and time of the confirmation.

Emails are delivered by Resend, acting as our processor. We do not use open tracking or click tracking on these messages, and we do not rewrite links in them. We do record the delivery outcomes Resend reports back to us — delivered, bounced, or reported as spam — including the provider's report of the event, so that we can stop emailing addresses that cannot or do not want to receive mail.

Every message includes an unsubscribe link, and most mail apps will also show a one-click unsubscribe control. Unsubscribing takes effect immediately. Your subscriber record is not deleted at that point — it is marked unsubscribed, which is what stops the mail. Separately, if an address hard-bounces or a message is reported as spam, that address is added to a suppression list. That list is deliberately never purged — it is the mechanism that ensures we never email the address again. It is used for no other purpose, is never used for marketing, and is not shared.

Unsubscribing is not the same as a deletion request: unsubscribing stops the email, while a deletion request removes your subscriber record. You can do either or both. To have your record erased outright rather than marked unsubscribed, ask via the contact form. If your address is on the suppression list, we will retain that one entry so that we do not accidentally mail you again; tell us if you would rather we did not, and we will discuss the tradeoff with you.

This data is stored in a PostgreSQL database operated by Rekz Dev and reached through Cloudflare Hyperdrive. It is kept separate from the operational flight data shown elsewhere on the site, is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing, and is used only to send the updates you asked for. Encrypted backups are retained for 365 days, so a deleted record can persist in backup media for up to that long.

Hosting & infrastructure

This site is hosted on Cloudflare Workers and served from Cloudflare's global edge network. Cloudflare may process request metadata — including IP addresses and request headers — as part of normal content delivery, caching, and DDoS-protection operations, subject to Cloudflare's privacy policy. We do not independently log or retain visitor IP addresses for ordinary browsing. The exceptions are the two forms described above: the email updates signup records your IP once as part of the consent record, and both forms pass your IP to Cloudflare for the Turnstile spam check.

Alternate domains (unitedhubrun.com, united7hubrun.com, and their www variants) redirect to the canonical site at ua7hub.run.

We rely on the following providers, each acting as a processor on our behalf:

Retention

Contact form messages are retained only as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any follow-up, and are then deleted. Because messages are delivered by email, copies may persist in ordinary email storage and backups for a limited period after deletion. Analytics data is retained according to each provider's default retention settings.

Subscriber records, their consent records, and the associated delivery-outcome log are retained for as long as the list exists, or until you ask us to erase them. Suppression list entries are retained permanently by design, because deleting one would defeat its only purpose. Encrypted database backups are retained for 365 days.

Your choices and rights

There are two places on this site where you can hand us personal information, and both are things you choose to do: the contact form (name, email, subject, message — emailed to the operator, not stored in our database) and the email updates signup (name, email, and a consent record, stored in our database as described above). Nothing else you do on the site is collected under your name.

You may request that we delete or correct the personal information you have submitted — including erasing your subscriber record entirely. Use the contact form or the postal address below, and we will respond within a reasonable time. You can also unsubscribe from email updates at any time using the link in any message we send.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights — such as the right to know what personal information we hold, to request its deletion, to correct it, or to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information, and we will honor applicable requests regardless of your location. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

Children's privacy

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted information through the contact form or the email updates signup, please contact us and we will remove it.

International users

This site is operated from the United States and served via Cloudflare's global network. If you access it from outside the U.S., information processed by the site and its providers — including anything you submit through the contact form or the email updates signup — may be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may not offer the same level of data protection as your jurisdiction. By using the site, you consent to this transfer.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision, and material changes will be noted on the site. If a change materially expands what we collect or how we use it, we will not apply it retroactively to information already collected without your consent.
