Community-organized event

The UA 7 Hub Run is a community-organized event. It is not operated by, affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by United Airlines, Inc. Participation is entirely voluntary and at each participant's own discretion, risk, and expense. This site exists to share information about the event and is not an official United Airlines channel.

Flight data accuracy

Flight data displayed on this site is sourced from third-party flight-tracking services (such as FlightRadar24) and from airline-published flight status information, and is provided as-is, with no warranty of accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Data is subject to delays and may differ between sources, airline systems, or airport displays.

Do not rely on this site for travel decisions. Always verify flight status directly with United Airlines or your airport's departure board. We accept no liability for any loss, missed connection, or other consequence arising from reliance on data shown here.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Access the site by automated means (scraping, crawling, bulk downloading) except as permitted by our robots.txt, or in a manner that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, its underlying systems, or any account
• Interfere with or disrupt the site's operation or security measures, including circumventing rate limits or bot-protection controls
• Use the site or its data for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that misrepresents the site as an official United Airlines channel
• Copy, redistribute, or resell data obtained from this site as a substitute for or competing service

We may restrict or terminate access to the site at any time, for any reason, without notice.

Email updates

The email updates list is an optional, opt-in service for people who want to hear about the run. You confirm your own subscription, and you can leave at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message. We send updates about this event only — the list is not used for advertising, is not a commercial mailing list, and is never sold or shared. Because this is a volunteer project, we make no commitment to any particular sending schedule, and we may pause or discontinue the list at any time. How your signup data is handled is described in the privacy policy.

Our trademarks

"7 Hub Run," "UA 7 Hub Run," and the associated logos and branding used on this site are unregistered trademarks of RainWzd Design, LLC, used in commerce in connection with this event and this site since June 2025. All rights are reserved.

Nothing on this site grants any license or right to use these marks. Use of these marks, or any mark confusingly similar to them, in connection with events, goods, or services without our prior written permission is not authorized.

United Airlines trademarks

United Airlines, the United globe logo, "Polaris," and all related marks are trademarks of United Airlines, Inc. Any reference to them on this site is nominative — used solely to identify the airline whose hubs are visited on this community run. No affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship is implied or claimed. United Airlines retains all ownership of its branding, and we assert no rights in it.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, travel arrangements, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of this site or its data — whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other theory, and whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability arising from or related to this site shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100.00).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RainWzd Design, LLC and its members, managers, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of this site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Spirit of the project

This site is operated as a community project. These Terms are provided in good faith and are intended to set reasonable expectations, not to be adversarial. If something here seems wrong, unclear, or unfair, please tell us — we would rather fix it than argue about it.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be noted on the site. Your continued use of the site after a revision takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or this site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Illinois, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding this site, and supersede any prior understandings on that subject.
